Application and Order Processing

All orders and IDP applications are processed within two (2) hours after receiving your complete documentary requirements. Orders with Urgent Processing are processed within eight (8) minutes instead of the standard 2-hour processing time. Once the IDP application is approved, our automated system emails the digital IDP copy to you immediately.

Printed IDP Bundle

Please allow up to two (2) business days to print and fulfill the Printed IDP Bundle Order. You will receive your tracking number within three (3) business days of placing the order.

The transit or delivery time stated on the checkout page depends on your shipping country. All delivery times are estimated values given by couriers and the mailing services we use to get your documents to you. The below details summarize the available shipping methods and their corresponding transit times:

• FedEx International Priority: up to seven (7) business days
• Standard Postal Mailing Service: varies per country; up to forty (40) business days

If your tracking details do not show any sign of movement or you believe your package is lost, please get in touch with us through our customer service channels at idp@e-idpauthority.com. As much as we would love to help you with your shipping issues, we have limited visibility on shipping and transit as the order is no longer in our warehouse.

Import Duties and Taxes

You may be asked to pay customs charges, import tax, VAT, or duties as your local jurisdiction requires. NovaBridge Language Solutions does not charge customs or import fees, as reflected in your receipt. Additional duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
